About Us

   Jay Eckhaus, Esq.  Jay is a Business and Employment law attorney.  He writes all of the

   During Jay’s 35 years of Business and Employment Law experience, he represented

   including Kraft-General Foods, Entenmann’s, Inc., Oroweat, Boboli, Freihofer's Bakery,
   McDonald’s Franchisees, Little Caesars Franchisees, Burger Chef Systems, Theme

   Jay held a number of senior level positions during his 16 years with Kraft-General Foods

   He has served as an Executive Trustee of the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of  
   Commerce where he also served as Co-Chair of the Chamber's Government - Legislative
   Affairs Committee and is Chair of the Small Business Advisory Council. 

   Jay is a member of the Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM) and served as  
   Chair of the Palm Beach County Business Incubator, Inc.
